All parties are hosted at our studio and are booked by email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. At the time of booking your party, a non-refundable deposit is required.
If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled party, you have full ability to change your time and date of the party to another time and date without penalty. Please remember, the deposits are non-refundable, but your party can still be changed if need be.
If you cancel 7-14 days before your scheduled party, you will receive only half of your deposit back in credit form, which can be used towards booking another party at a different time or day.
If you cancel within 7 days or less of your scheduled party, you will lose your full deposit on the party, and will not be able to rebook unless you put down another full deposit.
Larger groups may need more time. Information about extended party packages can be found below.
More time = more fun! For larger parties (14+) we recommend booking an extra half-hour for your party to make sure everybody has enough time on the poles and nobody feels rushed. Even for smaller parties, if you want a bit of extra time to learn a few more moves and get a little more dancing in, an extra half-hour is a great option.
